Nobles: MSFA paying $300k per year for third suite at Vikings’ stadium

State legislative auditor Jim Nobles and Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority chairperson Michele Kelm-Helgen testified before a joint state legislative committee this afternoon. The session was held to get new information about the luxury suite scandal.

Nobles informed lawmakers that the MSFA not only had access to two luxury suites, but paid for access to a third.

The MSFA leased access to a “cabin suite” for $300,000 a year for five years. Kelm-Helgen told legislators that she does not consider the cabin suite a “third suite”.
