Teens robbed near Eagan High during alleged drug deal

Police say an attempted drug deal lead to three teens allegedly being robbed at gunpoint Tuesday near Eagan High School.

Karen Zamora of the Minneapolis Star Tribune:

The three male juveniles, one age 16 and two age 15, were in the parking lot of Northview Park near Eagan High School at 9:35 a.m. when they were involved in an “attempted drug exchange,” Eagan police said.

Authorities are looking for three suspects who robbed the group of teens.

One of three suspects pointed a gun at the teens and “demanded valuables.” Authorities said a gunshot was allegedly fired into the air and the suspects ran off.
