Trump advances oil pipelines in executive order

President Trump signed an executive order that advances the construction of the Dakota Access and Keystone XL pipelines.

The Associated Press:

Trump also signed a notice requiring the materials for the pipelines to be constructed in the United States, though it was unclear how he planned to enforce the measure.
